Power BI is an interactive data visualization software product developed by Microsoft with the primary focus on business intelligence. Power BI is a collection of software services, apps and connectors that work together to turn unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights.
This lunch and learn session will review how Power BI can assist with Prospect Management and providing your development officers with information on their prospects and portfolio activity. We will review:

Tom (1988-2023) was a board member and President Elect of APRA-MN. He worked with Gillette Children’s, serving as the hospital’s prospect researcher for 5 years. Tom worked in Prospect Development for almost 15 years; first starting in the political field working for a U.S. Senator and Congresswoman doing constituent research and outreach, and then transitioning into the nonprofit sector after moving to Minnesota in 2015. Tom earned a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay (where he was a guest lecturer), and an M.A. in International Relations and Economic Development from Northern Arizona University.
